I'm going back to an old schedule I used to have, when I was a network engineering consultant for AT&T and worked on IP network services overnight.  Those were very productive times for me, and left me what seemed like a lot of free daylight.  So, you get up about 3-4AM, work until about 10-11AM, then you have plenty of time to ski or do what you like, then go to bed about 8-9PM.

We'll see how it goes, you have to be careful to get plenty of sleep!
