Movie Made by Chimps on TV
Chimpanzees, which are our closest living relatives in terms of DNA makeup, (although some scientists debate that the Orangutan is closer to us, based more on fossil and morphological data than DNA) exhibit many characteristics of intelligence and are likely as close as we'll get to a model for very early man in this regard. However to my knowledge, having Chimps make a movie is a new step! They're already shown to craft and use tools and weapons, plan wars, and exhibit other human-like activities, but going from digging ants with a stick to making the next Hollywood blockbuster might be quite a challenge for our hairy cousins !!
